Yang Yuexin, chairman of the Chinese Nutrition Society, published the theme of “Nutrition Meal, Everyday Fruits and Vegetables, Healthy You and Me” and “5.20” Chinese Student Nutrition Day “Nutrition + Sports, Join Hands” in 2019 National Nutrition Week. Experts suggest that meals should be guaranteed to have vegetables, and fruits should be eaten every day. One person should eat one kilogram of vegetables and half a catty of fruit per day.
2019年5月10日,2019全民營養(yǎng)周暨“5.20”中國學(xué)生營養(yǎng)日主場啟動儀式在京舉行。中國營養(yǎng)學(xué)會理事長楊月欣發(fā)布2019全民營養(yǎng)周“合理膳食、天天蔬果、健康你我”和“5.20”中國學(xué)生營養(yǎng)日“營養(yǎng)+運動,攜手護(hù)視力”主題信息。專家建議,應(yīng)保證餐餐有蔬菜,天天有水果,一個人每天應(yīng)該吃夠一斤蔬菜半斤水果。
