(1) Avoid sun exposure: Prepare sun protection equipment in summer and do the necessary protective work before going out, such as sunshade, sun hat, sunglasses, sunscreen; prepare plenty of water and drinks. When going out, try to use cotton, linen, silk fabrics, and wear less chemical fiber clothing, so as not to dissipate heat in a large amount when sweating, causing heat stroke. Older people, pregnant women, people with chronic diseases, especially those with cardiovascular disease, should try to reduce their outing activities during the hot season.

(1)避免烈日暴曬:夏日要備好防曬用具,出門前做好必要的防護工作,如打遮陽傘、戴遮陽帽、戴太陽鏡、涂抹防曬霜;準備充足的水和飲料。外出時的衣服盡量選用棉、麻、絲類織物,少穿化纖品類服裝,以免大量出汗時不能及時散熱,引起中暑。老年人、孕婦、有慢性疾病的人,特別是有心血管疾病的人,在高溫季節要盡量減少外出活動。

(3)合理補充水鹽:不斷地補充汗液中丟失的水鹽,保持機體水鹽平衡,是提高機體耐熱能力的重要措施。單憑口渴感的飲水量不足以保持體液平衡,因此每次飲水時在滿足口渴感以外,應盡量多飲一些。大量出汗時提倡少量多次飲水,以免加重胃腸道負擔。可供應淡鹽水,也可供給含鹽飲料、茶、綠豆湯、酸梅湯等。同時補充營養,供給高維生素、高蛋白和高熱量的膳食。
