A：I think the lantern festival is just like a carnival in the west, but with different activities.

C：Oh, what activities are there?

A：In the evening they hang out thousands of colorful lanterns for people to enjoy.

B：I've heard of the lantern riddles before; do they come from this?

A：Yes, and there are also activities like the dragon dance, lion dance and setting off fireworks - it's very lively.
