國家海洋預報臺12日消息，今年第23號臺風“百里嘉”(熱帶風暴級)的中心12日早晨5點鐘位于廣東省雷州市偏東方大約630公里的海面上。預計，“百里嘉”將以每小時15公里左右的速度向偏西方向移動，強度逐漸加強，最強可達強熱帶風暴級，并將于13日白天在廣東電白到海南萬寧一帶沿海登陸。
